Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our team at our readymade garments showroom. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a passion for fashion and customer service.
- Assist customers in selecting garments and provide product information
- Maintain store cleanliness and merchandise display
- Handle billing and inventory checks
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Build a positive shopping experience for customers
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Assistance:

Greet and welcome customers warmly as they enter the showroom.

Understand customer needs and provide style recommendations based on preferences, size, and current fashion trends.

Assist customers in selecting and trying on readymade garments like shirts, trousers, dresses, ethnic wear, kidswear, etc.

Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing queries and resolving issues promptly and politely.
2. Sales and Product Promotion:

Explain features, sizes, fabrics, and prices of various garments.

Inform customers about ongoing offers, discounts, and new arrivals.

Actively upsell and cross-sell items to increase the value of sales.

Strive to meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
3. Store Display and Stock Management:

Help maintain neat and attractive displays of clothes and mannequins.

Ensure garments are well-organized, folded, or hung correctly according to store layout.

Replenish stock on shelves/racks as needed and inform the supervisor of low-stock items.

Assist in periodic inventory checks and stock counting.
4. Billing and Checkout Support:

Guide customers to the billing counter after purchase selection.

Coordinate with the cashier for smooth billing and payment processes.

Help with packing garments and thanking customers for their visit.
5. Cleanliness and Store Maintenance:

Ensure trial rooms are clean and presentable at all times.

Maintain cleanliness and tidiness on the shop floor.

Follow store policies and safety standards.
