Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and goal-driven Sales Executive Real Estate to join our dynamic team. The Sales Executive will play a key role in driving the sales of residential and/or commercial properties by engaging potential clients, showcasing properties, and providing end-to-end support throughout the sales process. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, a deep understanding of the real estate market, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
This is a high-impact role focused on converting leads into clients, maximizing sales revenue, and building long-term relationships with property buyers and investors.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

Identify potential clients through cold calling, referrals, digital campaigns, field visits, and networking.

Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, online platforms, and walk-ins.

Establish and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with prospective and existing clients.

Understand client requirements and provide tailored property recommendations.
2. Property Showcasing & Sales

Present, promote, and sell residential and/or commercial properties to prospective buyers.

Conduct site visits and property tours with clients, providing detailed information on location, pricing, features, legal documents, and payment plans.

Effectively communicate property values, amenities, and investment potential.

Negotiate terms and close deals, ensuring alignment with company policies and client satisfaction.
3. Documentation & Transaction Management

Assist clients through the booking process, agreement drafting, documentation, home loans, and registration formalities.

Coordinate with internal departments (legal, finance, operations) for smooth transaction execution.

Ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation for every client and property sale.
4. Market Research & Reporting

Stay updated on current real estate trends, market pricing, new project launches, and competitor offerings.

Conduct comparative market analysis to evaluate property values and identify sales opportunities.

Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
5. Team Collaboration

Coordinate with marketing teams to support promotional activities and campaign planning.

Work closely with the CRM team to manage lead pipelines and follow-ups.

Participate in sales meetings, exhibitions, property expos, and networking events as needed.
Skills & Qualifications
Required:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.

1-2 years of proven experience in real estate sales or a similar sales role.

Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to persuade, negotiate, and close high-value deals.

Proficient in MS Office, CRM software, and digital communication platforms.
