Key Responsibilities:-
Client Acquisition & Relationship Building:
Identify and connect with potential clients, understanding their real estate needs and offering customized solutions. -
Property Presentations & Negotiations:
Conduct property tours, showcase available listings, and negotiate terms to close deals. -
Market Research & Analysis:
Stay updated with the latest market trends, pricing, and property developments to advise clients effectively. -
Sales Targets:
Meet and exceed sales targets by closing deals and driving business growth. -
Follow-ups & Coordination:
Follow up with potential clients, coordinate with developers, and assist clients with documentation, paperwork, and legalities. -
Customer Support:
Provide post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

Experience:
1-3 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in residential or commercial properties. Freshers with strong sales potential may also be considered. -
Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and [mention any regional languages if required]. -
Negotiation Skills:
Strong ability to negotiate and close deals effectively. -
Customer-Centric Approach:
Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients. -
Self-Motivated & Target-Driven:
A go-getter attitude with the drive to exceed sales targets. -
Basic Computer Skills:
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and CRM software. -
Driver’s License:
A valid driver’s license would be an added advantage.
