Job description for Sales Executive Real Estate
1.Calling on the database given and generating leads.
2.Must have experience in Real Estate Sector.
3.Builds business by identifying and selling prospects; maintaining relationships with clients.
4.Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance
5.Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
6.Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone and in person.
7.Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
8.Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
9.Participating in sales team meetings.
Required Candidate profile
1.Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills
Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills
2.Must be a good Team Player
3. Min 6 months to 1 year experience in real estate sales.
4.Must be a Good Communicator
