Key Responsibilities
1. Client Acquisition & Lead Generation
Identify and reach out to potential buyers through calls, networking, and marketing campaigns.
Follow up on inquiries from online listings, advertisements, and referrals.
Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective clients.
2. Property Presentations & Site Visits
Showcase properties to clients, highlighting key features and benefits.
Organize and conduct property site visits and virtual tours.
Address client queries about pricing, amenities, legal documents, and financing options.
3. Sales & Negotiation
Explain pricing, payment plans, and financing options to buyers.
Assist clients in completing sales agreements, contracts, and documentation.
Negotiate terms to close deals while ensuring client satisfaction.
4. Market Research & Competitor Analysis
Stay updated on real estate market trends, pricing, and competitor offerings.
Provide insights on customer preferences to improve sales strategies.
Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance property promotions.
5. Customer Relationship Management
Maintain long-term relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.
Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
Provide after-sales support and assist with property registration or loan processing.
