Job Title: Sales Executive – Smart Realty
Location: Dwarka
Reports To: Sales Manager
Job Summary:
Smart Realty is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to lead and drive real estate sales across Delhi and Gurugram. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a good understanding of the real estate market, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Sales: Identify and pursue new leads through networking, referrals, and online platforms.
- Client Interaction: Meet with potential clients to understand their property needs and present suitable options.
- Sales Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate terms, close sales, and ensure smooth transactions.
- Market Knowledge: Stay informed about property values, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain and build long-term relationships with clients to secure future business.
Qualifications:
- Fresh graduates or individuals with minimal 1.5 years of experience in sales (real estate experience is a plus).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn and develop sales and negotiation skills.
- Self-driven and goal-oriented with a passion for customer service.
- Knowledge of local property market and trends.
- Self-motivated with a proven ability to meet sales targets.
Compensation:
- Competitive salary (2.5 Lac to 4.5lac per annum) + commission.
- Ongoing training.
