Job Description
- Candidates have to conduct market research to determine product opportunities and assess client demand.
- Set up meeting with builders, colonizers and real estate agencies for product opportunities and to develop new business of behalf of Tara Realty.
- Actively look for [potential customers by networking, cold calling and social media.
- Set up meeting with customers and prepare MOM.
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints and objections.
- Collect client and potential customers feedback, then present it to internal teams.
- Generate new leads through market and convert them.
- Accompany the customers for site visit and explain them the properties.
- Maintain contact with clients in order to discuss future business opportunities. Also ensure compliance with housing laws and policies when conducting property deals.
