Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation & Client Engagement

  • Generate new leads through field visits, tele-calling, online platforms, and networking.

  • Respond to inbound inquiries from digital campaigns, walk-ins, and referrals.

  • Understand client needs regarding location, budget, and property type.

2. Property Presentation & Site Visits

  • Arrange and conduct property/site visits with prospective buyers.

  • Highlight the features, amenities, location benefits, legal clearances, and pricing structure.

  • Provide clients with brochures, floor plans, sample flat tours, and pricing options.

3. Sales Closure

  • Follow up regularly with prospects to move them through the sales funnel.

  • Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and close sales within company policies.

  • Prepare and maintain proper documentation for bookings, agreements, and payments.

  • Coordinate with legal and finance departments for documentation and loan processing.

4. Customer Relationship Management

  • Maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.

  • Ensure excellent post-sale customer service until handover of possession.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems.

5. Market Intelligence

  • Stay updated with market trends, competitors' offerings, and pricing strategies.

  • Share feedback and suggestions with the marketing team for promotions and campaigns.

  • Identify new business opportunities and suggest locations for future projects.
