Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive Real Estate to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for real estate, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to drive sales and build strong relationships with clients. As a Sales Executive Real Estate, you will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, managing client relationships, and helping customers make informed property decisions in a fast-paced and competitive market.
The role requires someone who thrives in a customer-focused environment and is eager to deliver exceptional service, while also meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Business Development:

Prospect for new clients by identifying potential buyers, tenants, and investors through various channels such as networking, cold calling, online platforms, and referrals.

Develop and maintain a strong database of potential leads and existing clients.

Conduct property viewings, follow-ups, and presentations to generate interest and drive sales.

Understand customer requirements and match them with suitable properties (residential, commercial, land, etc.).

Develop and execute strategies to increase the company’s visibility and drive business growth.
2. Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, guiding them through the property buying, selling, or leasing process.

Provide personalized service and expert advice to clients, ensuring all their needs are met throughout the transaction.

Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Follow up with leads and clients on a regular basis to ensure continued interest and engagement.

Manage negotiations and ensure all parties involved reach a favorable agreement.
3. Sales & Property Transactions:

Assist clients in making informed property decisions by providing market trends, pricing, and value analysis.

Prepare and present offers, handle negotiations, and close sales transactions efficiently.

Guide clients through legal documentation, property contracts, and transaction processes.

Collaborate with legal, finance, and other teams to ensure smooth closing and handover.

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
4. Market Knowledge & Research:

Stay updated with market trends, property values, and local real estate developments.

Conduct property research and comparative market analysis (CMA) to ensure competitive pricing strategies for listings.

Monitor the competitive landscape and identify market shifts or opportunities to gain a competitive advantage.

Provide clients with insights on investment opportunities, property potential, and future market forecasts.
5. Marketing & Promotion:

Collaborate with the marketing team to promote properties through various advertising channels (social media, websites, print, email campaigns).

Create and distribute promotional materials like brochures, flyers, and email newsletters.

Attend open houses, property exhibitions, and other events to promote listings and network with potential clients.

Ensure properties are well-presented and visible in online property portals, websites, and social media platforms.
6. Reporting & Administration:

Maintain accurate records of property listings, client interactions, and sales progress.

Prepare weekly and monthly reports on sales activities, progress toward targets, and market conditions.

Update CRM systems with client information, communications, and sales data.

Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and ethical sales practices.
