Location: Thane West, Maharashtra (Work from Office / Onsite)
Job Description: Voitekk is hiring enthusiastic and goal-driven Sales Executive for our Lead Generation Process in association with Raymond Real Estate. Key Responsibilities:
Engage with potential customers to generate quality leads for real estate projects.
Explain project details clearly and confidently over the phone and in person.
Maintain daily call logs and update lead information in the CRM system.
Follow up with prospective clients and schedule property visits.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly lead generation and conversion targets.
Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth client handover and deal closure.
Eligibility Criteria:
Education: 12th Pass or Graduate
Age: 18 to 35 years
Experience: Minimum 1 year in Sales (BPO Sales or Real Estate preferred)
Gender: Open to Male & Female candidates
Communication: Good English communication skills (V5 Comms level or higher)
Job Details:
Shift Timing: Day Shift (10:00 AM to 07:00 PM)
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Week Off: 1 Rotational Off per week
Interview Type: Face-to-Face
Interview Timings: 10:00 AM to 07:00 PM (Daily interviews scheduled)
Salary Range: ₹18,000/- to ₹25,000/- per month
Work Location: Thane West
