Position Overview
We are seeking a passionate, customer-focused, and result-driven Sales Executive to join our Eyewear Destination Retail Outlet. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting eyewear products, driving in-store sales, maintaining inventory, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
This role is perfect for individuals who are confident, well-groomed, and enthusiastic about delivering exceptional customer service while achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Interaction & Product Consultation

Greet customers and provide a personalized shopping experience.

Assist customers in selecting suitable eyewear based on style, prescription, and preferences.

Explain features, benefits, and specifications of frames, lenses, sunglasses, and other products.

Conduct basic eye test coordination with the optometrist, if required.

Provide recommendations on lens coatings, colors, and premium eyewear products.
2. Sales Achievement
-
Drive in-store sales by achieving monthly and quarterly targets.

Actively upsell and cross-sell eyewear products and accessories.

Convert walk-in customers into loyal clients by offering value-added services.

Participate in sales campaigns, promotional offers, and loyalty programs.
3. Visual Merchandising & Store Management

Ensure the store layout and displays are attractive and customer-friendly.

Keep the eyewear collection well-organized, clean, and updated.

Maintain an adequate stock of frames, lenses, sunglasses, and accessories.

Report stock shortages and coordinate with the store manager for replenishment.
4. Order Processing & Billing
-
Generate accurate bills and invoices using the POS system.

Manage order placements, exchanges, and returns as per company policies.

Coordinate with the lens lab team for timely order processing and delivery.
5. Customer Relationship Management
-
Build long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat purchases.

Collect and maintain a customer database for future reference and follow-ups.

Handle customer queries, concerns, and complaints effectively.

Encourage customers to join loyalty programs and promotional events.
6. Team Coordination & Reporting

Collaborate with the store manager and other sales associates to achieve collective goals.

Share daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports with management.

Stay updated on the latest eyewear trends, technologies, and product launches.
