Role overview:
The Sales Executive / Senior Sales Executive will play a critical role in expanding their marketplace’s reach and customer base. You will be responsible for identifying and on - boarding new manufacturers and suppliers, developing strategic partnerships, and drive sales growth. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter with a passion for sustainability and a proven track record in sales and business development.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Lead Generation

Identify, approach, and onboard new manufacturers and suppliers to strengthen marketplace offerings.

Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective business partners.

Conduct in-depth market research to identify growth opportunities and emerging industry trends.
2. Sales Growth & Revenue Generation

Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by acquiring new partners and expanding existing business relationships.

Build strategic partnerships with suppliers, vendors, and distributors to drive long-term business growth.

Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements to maximize profitability.
3. Client Relationship Management

Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with suppliers and manufacturers.

Understand partner requirements and ensure smooth onboarding and integration into the marketplace.

Act as the primary point of contact for suppliers and resolve their concerns efficiently.
4. Reporting & Coordination

Prepare and present sales performance reports, forecasts, and competitor analyses to management.

Collaborate closely with the marketing, operations, and product teams to ensure a seamless partner onboarding experience.

Utilize CRM tools to track leads, conversions, and overall business performance.
Required Skills & Competencies
Technical & Professional Skills

Proven experience in sales, business development, or marketplace onboarding.

Strong understanding of B2B sales, vendor management, and partnership building.

Proficiency in MS Office, CRM platforms, and reporting tools.

Knowledge of e-commerce marketplaces, B2B platforms, or supplier networks is preferred.
