Job Summary
We are seeking highly motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive Tele Sales to join our growing sales team. As a Sales Executive Tele Sales, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers over the phone, explaining the company’s products or services, and closing sales. The ideal candidate should be confident, persuasive, and capable of building rapport with customers over the phone in a short span of time.

Key Responsibilities
1. Outbound Calling & Lead Engagement

Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided database or cold leads.

Introduce the company’s products or services clearly and professionally.

Understand customer needs, budget, and buying intentions during the conversation.

Explain product features, benefits, offers, and pricing in a convincing manner.
2. Conversion & Sales Closure
-
Follow up on leads through calls, WhatsApp, or emails until closure.

Persuade customers to take action, such as signing up, purchasing, booking an appointment, or scheduling a demo.

Maintain high call volumes while achieving daily and monthly sales targets.

Close deals by building trust and demonstrating product value effectively.
3. CRM & Reporting

Maintain and update lead records, call status, and customer interactions in the CRM system or Excel tracker.

Share daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports with the team leader.

Tag leads based on call outcomes: hot, warm, cold, not interested, follow-up, etc.
4. Customer Relationship & Retention

Build and maintain a good relationship with customers for repeat sales or referrals.

Handle objections or concerns professionally and clarify doubts about the product or service.

Route complex queries to the appropriate department (sales manager, support team, etc.).
5. Team Coordination & Performance

Attend regular team meetings, training sessions, and sales huddles.

Contribute to the overall performance and goals of the telesales team.

Share feedback on call scripts, customer reactions, or objections to improve sales strategy.
Required Skills
