Job Description
As a Sales Executive Tele Sales in our advisory firm, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Client Relationship Management:
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions that align with their business objectives.
- Regularly follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and explore additional service opportunities
- Sales Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns that generate leads.
- Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape.
- Analyze client feedback and market data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Reporting and Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress towards targets.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Compliance and Ethical Standards:
- Adhere to all company policies and ethical standards.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and guidelines.
Continuous Learning:
- Stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in sales and advisory services.
- Participate in training programs and professional development opportunities.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CFA, CFP) are a plus.
Experience:
- Minimum of 0 to 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in an advisory or consulting firm.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of advisory services and financial products.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse clients.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite.
