Job Description
Key Responsibilities
1. Outbound Sales Calling

Make high-volume outbound calls daily to prospective or existing customers using the company’s database or CRM tools.

Pitch relevant products or services clearly and confidently, adjusting the sales script to the customer's interest level.

Listen attentively to customer needs, ask qualifying questions, and offer customized solutions.

Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales call and conversion targets.
2. Lead Generation and Conversion

Identify qualified sales leads through effective communication and pre-screening.

Follow up with leads through scheduled callbacks, emails, or WhatsApp to nurture interest.

Guide potential customers through the sales process until closure or escalation.

Maintain a strong conversion rate by closing deals or transferring hot leads to senior sales staff.
3. Customer Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

Provide accurate information regarding product features, pricing, benefits, and terms.

Resolve basic queries and objections with confidence and clarity.

Ensure customer satisfaction by offering support and addressing concerns promptly.
4. Sales Documentation and CRM Updates

Record customer details, lead status, and sales outcomes accurately in CRM software or Excel sheets.

Update call logs, maintain daily performance records, and prepare sales activity reports.

Coordinate with internal teams for product-related updates, client onboarding, or post-sale support.
5. Team Collaboration and Learning

Work closely with other sales executives, team leads, and marketing staff for campaign alignment.

Share feedback received during calls to improve messaging, offers, or service delivery.

Attend team meetings, product training, and role-plays to improve performance and knowledge.

Stay updated on product features, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
