About the role

As a Sales Executive-Tendering at Saksham Signs, you will be responsible for identifying tender opportunities, preparing technical & commercial bids, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring timely submission of tenders while supporting the company’s business growth We are looking for a Sales Executive – Tendering with hands-on experience in fabrication, designing, creation, and wooden designing industries.

Location – Greater Noida West, Uttar Pradesh.

Core responsibilities –

● Tender Management – Search, identify, and evaluate relevant tenders from government portals, private platforms, and industry sources, Review tender documents, technical specifications, BOQs, and drawings thoroughly, Prepare and compile tender submissions including technical proposals, commercial bids, costing sheets, and compliance documents, Coordinate with design, fabrication, and production teams to gather accurate data for tender preparation, Ensure timely submission of tenders as per the required format and deadlines, Maintain an updated database of tenders, submissions, and outcomes.

● Costing & Estimation – Prepare cost estimates based on fabrication, woodwork, design complexity, raw materials, labour, and project timelines, Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors for competitive quotations, Analyse project risks, margins, and pricing strategies before final bid submission.

● Sales & Development – Follow up on submitted tenders and participate in negotiations as required, Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, contractors, and consultants, Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, contractors, and consultants, Support the sales team in achieving business targets and revenue goals.

● Coordination & Documentation – Work closely with the design and production teams for technical validations, Ensure compliance with all tender terms, policies, and standards, Prepare periodic tender reports and update management on tender progress and win/loss analysis.

Must have skills –

● Qualification - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Business, or a related field.

● Experience Require- 2–5 years of experience in tendering within fabrication, wooden designing, or custom manufacturing industries.

● Technical Skills-Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of Auto CAD or design tools is an advantage, Strong mathematical, analytical, and negotiation skills, Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple tenders simultaneously, Experience with government e-tendering portals (GeM, CPPP, state portals), Understanding of project costing, vendor management, and contract terms.

● Excellent Communication Skills –Excellent communication and technical writing skill.
