Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Training and Onboarding

Undergo structured training sessions to learn about the company’s real estate offerings, pricing, project locations, and value propositions.

Understand sales techniques, objection handling, follow-up strategies, and closing methods.

Get familiar with CRM systems, lead tracking tools, and standard sales documentation.
2. Lead Generation and Follow-Up
-
Identify potential buyers through various channels such as cold calling, social media, digital inquiries, walk-ins, and referrals.

Follow up on leads assigned by the marketing or telesales team.

Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and follow-up conversations in CRM.
3. Client Interaction

Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, or in person.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable residential or commercial units.

Schedule and coordinate site visits and project walkthroughs.

Assist clients during property inspections and provide complete information on project features, payment terms, approvals, and legal documentation.
4. Site Visit Coordination

Ensure project brochures, mock-ups, and promotional materials are available at the site.

Accompany clients during property visits to explain location advantages, construction progress, amenities, and investment value.

Ensure the site is visitor-friendly and presentable at all times.
5. Sales Support and Closure

Support the sales team in preparing quotations, booking forms, payment schedules, and other client-facing documents.

Follow up with clients for booking confirmation, documentation, and payments.

Coordinate with internal departments (legal, CRM, accounts) for timely processing of client files.

Assist in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
6. Market Research and Competitor Analysis

Conduct regular research on current market trends, property prices, and competing projects in the vicinity.

Share insights with the team to improve pricing, customer targeting, and promotional strategies.

Gather feedback from prospects and share with marketing and product teams for future enhancements.
