Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:

Sell domestic and international tour packages, flight tickets, hotel bookings, and travel services.

Generate leads through cold calls, emails, social media, and networking.

Develop relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and individual travelers.
-
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Customer Consultation & Booking:
-
Understand customer travel preferences and offer tailor-made travel solutions.
-
Provide detailed itinerary planning, pricing, and package customization.
-
Guide clients on visa, travel insurance, and other travel-related requirements.
-
Assist customers with booking modifications, cancellations, and refunds.
Marketing & Promotion:
-
Promote travel packages through social media, digital marketing, and offline campaigns.
-
Attend travel expos, networking events, and corporate meetings to generate leads.
-
Collaborate with hotels, airlines, and travel partners for exclusive deals and offers.
Operations & Coordination:
-
Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth trip execution.
-
Coordinate with airlines, hotels, transport providers, and local tour guides.
-
Address customer grievances and resolve travel-related issues efficiently.
