Client Acquisition:

Generate leads through cold calling, online research, field visits, and networking.

Respond to incoming inquiries via phone, email, or social media.
Service Promotion & Sales:

Explain videography services in detail including pricing, packages, timelines, and creative process.

Share video portfolios or samples relevant to client needs.

Customize proposals and quotations based on project requirements.

Negotiate pricing and close sales effectively.
Client Relationship Management:

Maintain regular contact with leads and existing clients.

Coordinate with the production and creative team to ensure smooth delivery.

Follow up on payments, feedback, and future projects.

Attend meetings, shoots, or client locations if required.
Reporting & Coordination:

Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, conversions, and feedback.

Work closely with the marketing team for promotional activities.

Provide market insights and client feedback to improve service offerings.
