Job Description
One Point One Solutions is hiring Sales Executives for outbound calling roles at its Turbhe, Navi Mumbai office. Positions are focused on Axis Bank Collection Process and SBI Life Sales Process. This full-time, onsite BPO role involves customer engagement via outbound calls, meeting conversion/collection targets, maintaining call logs, updating CRM, and ensuring excellent service. Open to freshers and those with 6+ months BPO experience. Minimum education is 12th pass; age limit is 18–35; male and female candidates welcome. Shift: 10 AM–5 PM, Monday to Saturday with Sunday off. Salary: ₹17,000 in-hand, ₹30,000 CTC. Perks include free pick & drop from Koparkhairane Station. Interviews are face-to-face.
