Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Assistance and Sales Support

Greet and assist customers as they enter the store, offering a warm and friendly welcome.

2. Product Knowledge and Display Maintenance

Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of the store’s products, including features, pricing, and benefits.

Ensure that products are properly displayed, arranged, and easily accessible to customers.

Replenish stock and ensure shelves are organized, clean, and well-maintained throughout the day.

Assist in preparing the store for sales or promotional events, including setting up displays and signage.
3. Processing Transactions

Accurately process sales transactions using the store’s point-of-sale (POS) system.

Handle cash, credit/debit card payments, and process refunds or exchanges as required.

Provide customers with receipts and ensure that all transactions are correctly documented.

Maintain a clean and organized cashier area and ensure the proper handling of money and transactions.
4. Customer Service and Relationship Building

Address customer inquiries, concerns, or complaints in a professional and helpful manner.

5. Inventory Management
