Required Profile
4–5 years of experience in distillery / spirits sales with national network exposure
Proven capability in managing distributors, sales teams, and channel expansion
Working knowledge of taxation, audits, and compliance documentation(AlcoBev / excise environment experience is a strong advantage)
Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and leadership skills
Willingness to be based in Goa with travel as required
