To identify potential buyers and promote sales of shops in the existing mall & plotted development project
To coordinate with & guide the sales team in selling
To negotiate and close the deal within the specified time lines
To complete all documentation which are legally required to close the deal
To look after after sale services if any
To coordinate with Projects in actual delivery and complete possession of property sold
Minimum 8 to 20 years in selling process with non- real estate.
Experience in managing a sales team of 5-6 personnel
Must be sincere hard working and dedicated.
Must have ability to canvass and convince customers about the product .
Must be familiar with rules and regulations of such sales
