Job Description
- To identify potential buyers and promote sales of shops in the existing mall & plotted development project
- To coordinate with & guide the sales team in selling
- To negotiate and close the deal within the specified time lines
- To complete all documentation which are legally required to close the deal
- To look after after sale services if any
- To coordinate with Projects in actual delivery and complete possession of property sold
- Minimum 8 to 20 years in selling process with non- real estate.
- Experience in managing a sales team of 5-6 personnel
- Must be sincere hard working and dedicated.
- Must have ability to canvass and convince customers about the product .
- Must be familiar with rules and regulations of such sales
