Job Description: Sales Head
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Head to lead our sales operations for fire fighting products, valves, pumps, oil & gas products, MEP, and EPC solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive industry experience and a proven track record in driving sales, business development, and client management.
Qualification & Experience:

B.E. Mechanical with MBA.

Minimum 15 years of relevant sales experience in fire fighting products, valves, pumps, oil & gas, MEP, EPC sales, or related sectors.

Strong network and understanding of the industry market dynamics.
Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business targets.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the assigned sectors.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and key stakeholders.

Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to enhance performance.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide actionable insights.

Coordinate with internal teams for project execution, quotations, and post-sales support.

Drive revenue growth and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
