Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to drive performance and meet individual and team goals.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship building.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop effective sales campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Work closely with product development teams to provide feedback on market demand and customer preferences.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics, such as revenue, pipeline, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction, and take corrective actions as needed.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and budgets to senior management.
