Position Summary:

Learn from live cases and business development opportunities.
Set performance goals and objectives with upper management.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Build and drive seamless relationships with existing and new NBFC/Banca partners in the region.
Develop strategies to manage pipelines and meet sales goals.
Focus on driving top line targets for the region independently and with team.
Establishing & handling the relationships with Banks/NBFCs.
Stakeholders’ management – internal & external.
MIS management & reporting
Good relationship management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
Intellectual curiosity, self-motivated and possess a positive attitude
Demonstrate ability to solve problems and work independently as well within the team
Detail-oriented with strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
Wants to challenge the status quo and bring a unique perspective
