Job Description

Key responsibilities:

1. Leading the sales team and managing showroom operations.
2. Achieving sales targets for E-rikshaws and related products.

This role requires strong leadership, excellent customer service skills, a deep understanding of the e-rickshaw market, and the ability to drive sales growth.

Note: Accommodation will be provided by the company.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Leadership & Team Management

  • Lead and supervise a team of showroom sales executives, providing them with guidance, training, and performance feedback.

  • Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and motivate the team to meet or exceed them.

  • Monitor sales performance metrics and implement strategies for performance improvement.

  • Conduct regular team meetings and sales huddles to review progress and align goals.

  • Foster a positive and competitive sales culture focused on results, accountability, and customer satisfaction.

Showroom Operations Management

  • Oversee the daily operations of the showroom, ensuring it is clean, organized, and customer-ready at all times.

  • Ensure that the display of E-rickshaws, accessories, and promotional materials is attractive, informative, and aligned with brand standards.

  • Manage inventory levels, coordinate with the logistics team for timely vehicle availability and delivery.

  • Maintain proper documentation, including sales records, customer feedback logs, and operational reports.

Sales Target Achievement

  • Drive retail sales of E-rickshaws and related products such as batteries, accessories, and maintenance packages.

  • Identify high-potential customer segments and create targeted sales strategies.

  • Maintain an active pipeline of prospects through walk-ins, referrals, local outreach, and promotional activities.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to organize showroom events, roadshows, and community engagement campaigns that boost visibility and footfall.

  • Ensure proper follow-up with leads, inquiries, and potential customers for conversions.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Greet and engage with walk-in customers, understand their requirements, and guide them toward suitable products.

  • Provide detailed product information, including features, pricing, financing options, and after-sales services.

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly and professionally.

  • Build long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Coordination & Reporting

  • Liaise with other departments (marketing, logistics, finance, service) to ensure smooth execution of the sales process.

  • Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly sales reports to the management team.

  • Track market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to provide strategic insights.

  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and government regulations related to sales and showroom operations.
