Sales Incharge (Freshers)
1. Understand the customer requirement – both, stated and implied needs.
2. Use effective questioning to probe customer buying behavior and assess decision patterns.
3. Presenting the project and pitching, with the intention to close the sale.
4. Using the tools provided, to pitch well, pitch accurately and pitch effectively.
5. Calling the leads immediately when they are assigned, with the intent to get customers to the Project.
6. Involve in direct sales activity – Corporate or otherwise.

Experience: 0 to 1 years of experience.
Emoluments: Competitive Salary, bench marked as per the market, plus attractive Bonus/ Incentives.
Joining: Someone who can join soon, will be preferred.
Work Week: 6 days a week, including weekends and public holidays. A non-holiday can be chosen to be the day off.
