  • Manage and achieve maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration within an assigned territory and/or market segment by effectively selling the company's product and/or related services.
  • Establish contacts and pitch the company services with Schools, architects, builders/property developers, other educational institutes, sports organisations etc
  • The Ideal candidates must have a track record of achieving targets in education sector. 
  • One who is capable of making presentation to top management and decision makers about company's products and services.
  • A sales profession with indepth knowledge of construction industry and experience in selling products and services to engineers, architects, builders and developers.

Core Function

  • Sales / Business development
  • Promote/sell/secure orders from new customers through direct sales.
  • Demonstrates products and services to customers and assists them in selecting those best suited to their needs.
  • Prepare quotation and negotiate with potential customers
  • Negotiate with suppliers on the price, timelines and monitor project completions
  • Establish referral model/ channel partner
  • Manage the sales administration function, operational performance reporting, streamlining processes and systems wherever possible.
  • Establish new vendor / supplier partnership for the product and service of the company
  • Gain Distribution rights for sports product manufactures / regional distributor
  • Develop and execute the annual sales target.
