Job Title: Sales Intern

Compensation: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month

Role Overview

Arcitech AI is looking for a proactive and tech-savvy Sales Intern to support our growing sales team. As an AI-driven organization, we expect candidates to be comfortable working with modern AI tools and digital platforms to enhance productivity, lead generation, and client engagement.

This role offers hands-on exposure to sales strategy, lead generation, CRM management, and AI-powered sales processes.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct cold calls and outreach to generate new business opportunities
Generate lead lists and perform detailed market research
Assist in proposal preparation and participate in client meetings
Update, manage, and maintain CRM records
Qualify leads and support the sales funnel process
Use AI tools to improve outreach, communication, and research efficiency

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
0–1 year of experience in sales or a related role (freshers can apply)

Required Skills & Knowledge

Strong communication and negotiation skills
Basic understanding of sales processes and lead generation
Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT and other AI-based productivity tools
Basic knowledge of CRM platforms like Salesforce or similar systems
Good research, presentation, and analytical skills
Self-motivated with a target-driven approach
