Creatonomy Compensation Structure:

• Commission-Based: This internship follows a commission structure designed to reward high performance.
• Initial Target: Interns are expected to close 3 client deals. Until you achieve this milestone, you will earn $100 per sale, regardless of the sale value.
• Tier-Based Model: After reaching the initial 3 sales target, you unlock a tier-based commission model. Starting from the 4th sale, your commission will be a percentage of the Total Sale Value (TSV), increasing with each tier you reach.
• Example Tiers: (based on an average sale value of $2000)
  • 4 sales: 10% commission, equating to $200 per sale
  • 8 sales: 12% commission, equating to $240 per sale.
  • 15 sales: 14% commission, equating to $280 per sale.
