Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients, understand their needs,

2. Conduct property presentations and organize site visits to showcase the features,

3. Effectively communicate project details, pricing, payment terms, and relevant legal and financial information to clients
4. Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry
developments to identify new opportunities and adapt sales strategies accordingly
5. Provide accurate sales reports and forecasts to the sales manager, highlighting
progress, challenges, and potential areas for improvement
6. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing client queries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional after-sales service
