Job Description
Key Responsibilities
1- Initiate calls and conversations with prospective customers and vendors.
2- Assist in the sales and onboarding process of educational products, including product demonstrations, handling inquiries, and following up with potential customers.
3- Provide support to customers by addressing their queries and concerns regarding our products, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
4- Collaborate with the other team members to identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
5- Participate in marketing and promotional events to showcase our products.
6- Collect and analyse customer feedback to improve product offerings and service quality.
7- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our product range and the education technology industry.
Qualifications
1- Any Bachelor's degree from a recognized university.
2- Previous experience as a Sales & Support Intern is preferred interest in educational products and a passion for the education sector.
3- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
5- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
6- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing environments.
Pay: Rs 10,000/- Per month + Incentives(Performance Based)
