Sales Intern — Gallery Silver Scapes

Location: Delhi (Work From Office) Duration: 3 months (flexible, can extend based on performance) Stipend: ₹15,000/month  Start Date: Immediate

About Us

Gallery Silver Scapes is a Delhi-based gallery work closely with artisans and collectors, and we're looking for an enthusiastic sales intern to help us grow client relationships and drive in-store and online sales.

What You'll Do
  • Greet and assist walk-in customers, understanding their preferences and guiding them to suitable pieces
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients
  • Follow up on leads and inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, and email
  • Support with pricing, billing, and order processing
  • Maintain and update the customer database / CRM
  • Assist with visual merchandising and product displays
  • Help plan and execute promotions, exhibitions, or pop-up events
  • Track daily/weekly sales and share basic reports with the team
What We're Looking For
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree (any stream; business/marketing background a plus)
  • Excellent communication skills — comfortable talking to clients in person and over calls
  • Presentable, polite, and customer-first attitude
  • Basic proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets and WhatsApp Business
  • Interest in jewelry, art, or luxury retail is a bonus
  • Available to work from our Delhi gallery (in-office role)
