About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Real Estate Intern to join our team. This role is ideal for students or fresh graduates eager to gain hands-on experience in real estate operations, property management, market research, and client relations. The intern will work closely with senior team members and contribute to real projects in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research on property prices, trends,
  • Assist in preparing property presentations,
  • Coordinate property site visits and support client interactions
  • Help maintain and update property listings on online platforms
  • Support due-diligence tasks such as verifying documents, and compliance requirements
  • Assist in lead generation, follow-ups, and basic sales support activities
  • Gather and analyze data for investment proposals and feasibility reports
  • Cold Calling
  • Collaborate with marketing teams for campaigns, social media posts, and property promotions

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related fields
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of real estate markets and property types (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Good organizational and time-management abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High level of professionalism, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn
