Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation and Prospecting:

Research and identify potential clients in the target market using online databases, directories, LinkedIn, and other lead-generation tools.

Qualify leads based on defined criteria such as company size, industry, or purchasing capacity.

Create and maintain lists of prospective clients for outreach by the sales team.
2. Outreach and Communication:

Assist in initiating contact with potential customers through email, phone calls, social media, and other communication channels.

Prepare introductory messages, cold call scripts, and email templates for outreach campaigns.

Schedule meetings or product demonstrations for the sales team with prospective clients.
3. CRM and Data Management:

Enter and update client information, sales activities, and lead status in the company’s CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).

Maintain accurate records of all interactions and sales progress.

Generate basic reports and summaries of lead generation and sales performance for internal review.
4. Sales Support:

Support the sales team in preparing sales proposals, presentations, and pitches for clients.

Assist in following up with leads after initial meetings to address questions or share additional information.

Help in coordinating between sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless client onboarding.
5. Market Research and Competitor Analysis:

Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive offerings.

Provide insights into pricing strategies, product positioning, and unique selling propositions based on research findings.

Identify gaps or opportunities in current sales strategies and suggest improvements.
6. Learning and Development:

Attend regular sales meetings, workshops, and training sessions to gain knowledge of the product/service, sales techniques, and business development strategies.

Shadow senior sales representatives during client meetings or virtual sales calls to observe the sales process firsthand.

Actively seek feedback from mentors and supervisors to improve performance and professional skills.
7. Administrative and Miscellaneous Tasks:

Assist in managing event logistics (webinars, trade shows, product demos) as part of lead generation campaigns.

Support internal coordination related to documentation, client onboarding checklists, and scheduling.

Perform other sales-related duties as assigned by the supervisor or team lead.
