As a Sales Intern (Female), you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction through both inbound and outbound calls. Your responsibilities will include:

Providing Product Information: Educating customers about our products, services, and special offers to help them make informed purchasing decisions.
Resolving Issues: Addressing customer issues and resolving queries efficiently to ensure a positive customer experience.
Social Media Management: Assisting in managing our company's social media accounts, engaging with customers, and promoting our brand online.
Communication Skills: Demonstrating excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with customers and team members.
Language Proficiency: Possessing good proficiency in English to communicate accurately.
