• Assist in generating and qualifying franchise leads through calls, emails, and online inquiries
• Coordinate with potential franchise partners and schedule meetings or presentations
• Support franchise sales presentations and pitch decks
• Maintain and update CRM data and lead trackers
• Follow up with prospective franchise partners and document discussions
• Conduct basic market and competitor research
• Assist in franchise on-boarding documentation and coordination
