Job Location: Noida, Sector 63 (Onsite)
Shift Timing: 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM (India Standard Time)
Responsibilities:
As a Sales Intern at Viable Outsource Solution, you will be an integral part of our sales team, contributing to our growth and client success. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting in-depth market research to identify potential clients and analyze prevailing industry trends relevant to our diverse service offerings.
- Supporting the development of persuasive sales presentations and tailored proposals that effectively address the unique needs of prospective clients.
- Maintaining accurate and well-organized records of all sales activities and client interactions within our CRM system.
- Providing essential support in scheduling and coordinating client meetings and ensuring timely follow-up communications.
- Collaborating closely with experienced sales professionals to understand and contribute to the development and execution of effective sales strategies.
- Offering valuable administrative support to the sales team, including the meticulous organization of sales materials and the efficient management of documentation.
- Demonstrating sound judgment and a proactive approach in all client engagements, effectively addressing inquiries and building rapport.
- Contributing innovative ideas to continuously refine our sales processes and enhance overall client engagement.
Qualifications and Skills:
We are looking for enthusiastic and driven individuals who possess the following:
- Recent completion of a Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Exceptional English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal abilities with a proven capacity to build professional relationships.
- High levels of self-motivation, a genuine passion for sales, and a strong eagerness to learn and grow within the outsourcing industry.
- Demonstrated presence of mind and a proactive, solution-oriented approach to challenges.
- The ability to work effectively both independently and as a collaborative and supportive team member.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in basic 1 Microsoft Office Suite applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- A foundational understanding of sales principles is considered a valuable asset.
- Willingness to work full-time at our Noida Sector 63 office during the designated shift (1:00 PM to 10:00 PM IST).
