Job Description
About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Communicate with clients to identify their requirements and choice of property, follow up with potential customers to prospect for new business
2. Schedule and conduct regular meetings with the customers/clients & participating in events
3. Take customers for project sites and getting site visits done and brief on project USPs thoroughly
4. Liaise between customers and the company for up-to-date status of service, pricing, and new product launch and service availabilities
5. Convert prospects into a buyer by showcasing appropriate company properties to them, matching the investment need of the prospects
6. Maintain and develop relationships with channel partners in person and via telephone calls and e-mails
7. Oversee the promotion of the property sales on advertisement media and listing services
8. Oversee the preparation and approval of documents such as purchase agreements, and lease contracts
9. Coordinate the closing of the property deals to ensure vital documents are signed and payment received
10. Inspect the property to ensure the terms and conditions of sales are met before closing sales deals
11. Provide periodic reports to the company management on sales operations and generated returns using CRM systems
12. Conduct surveys to identify the price of competing properties on the housing market
13. Maintain contact with clients to have opened to discuss future business prospects

Who can apply
Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 5th Apr'21 and 10th May'21
3. are available for duration of 6 months
4. have relevant skills and interests

Additional Information
Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 4 to 7 Lac/annum
