About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Build and maintain strong and long-lasting customer relationships
2. Operate as the point of contact for assigned customers
3. Help on-board new customers and provide customer service to assigned customer accounts
4. Generate sales among customer accounts, including upselling and cross-selling
5. Assist with challenging customer requests or issue escalations as needed
