KonnectKarz is a PAN India B2B corporate cab rental company offering reliable, 24×7 mobility solutions to corporates, IT companies, BPOs, hotels, travel agencies, and large enterprises. We provide on-call cabs, airport transfers, employee transportation, event travel, and long-term vehicle arrangements across India.
Position: Sales Lead (Female)We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Female Sales Lead to drive corporate client acquisition, build strong business relationships, and achieve revenue targets across assigned locations.
Key Responsibilities Client Acquisition & Business Development-
Identify and target potential B2B clients within the city (IT companies, BPOs, hotels, corporates, travel agencies, event companies, facility management firms).

Generate new business by engaging with Admin, HR, Facility, Travel Desk, and Procurement teams.

Conduct cold calls, client visits, corporate meetings, and presentations.

Build a strong sales pipeline and convert leads into clients.

Maintain and strengthen existing client relationships.

Understand client requirements and propose appropriate cab rental solutions.

Schedule regular follow-ups with clients for feedback and future requirements.

Act as a single point of contact for all sales-related communication.

Develop sales strategies to increase market reach in Bangalore, Mumbai, and Delhi.

Track competitor pricing, offerings, and market trends.

Identify new revenue opportunities within the corporate travel sector.

Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.

Update management on sales progress, forecasts, and revenue performance.

Share client requirements clearly to ensure high service quality.

Maintain accurate sales records, proposals, quotations, and contracts.

Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.

Ensure timely documentation and client onboarding processes.

2–6 years of experience in Sales / Business Development, preferably in:

Cab rental industry

Travel industry

Corporate mobility / employee transportation

Hospitality or logistics

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Ability to build long-term professional relationships.

Good negotiation and closing skills.

Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently.

Comfortable with city travel for meetings.

Basic computer skills (MS Excel, WhatsApp, Email, CRM tools).
