Job Description
1. Target potential distributors/industrial customers in respective zones
2. Develop a distribution network across India
3. Visit/train distributors and customers regularly
4. Conduct sales training for distributors
5. Strategize marketing activities, including designing social media strategies, online and offline campaigns
6. Maintain professional and technical knowledge

1. Candidate must be able to adapt startup environment
2. Should be willing to travel nationwide
3. Must have strong prioritization, planning, and time-management skills, and a sense of urgency
4. Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to establish solid relationships at all levels of customer organizations are keys to success
5. Basic requirement: bachelor's degree, MBA in marketing is preferable
6. Good experience as a sales manager in the mechanical field
The selected intern will be initially trained for 14 days at our office on our products. After successful training, he/she will be responsible for business development and will be our company's face in their respective zones. This position is mechanical engineering intensive, therefore we prefer candidates with mechanical background. These openings in our company are for 6 months and also the possibility of a long term or permanent employment after the successful display of talent. The selected candidate will be paid a stipend based on their skills from the very first day of training.
