Job Title: Sales Manager - Digital Marketing
Location: Ab Road Indore (MP)

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the fast-paced world of digital marketing. You will be responsible for managing a team, developing new business, building client relationships, and achieving revenue targets through the sale of digital marketing services such as SEO, PPC, social media marketing, content marketing, and web development.
Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking, referrals, and digital outreach
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their marketing needs and offering tailored solutions
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales executives, setting targets and tracking performance
Collaborate with the marketing and delivery teams to ensure smooth onboarding and execution of campaigns
Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market trends
Represent the company at industry events, client meetings, and online webinars
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
1 to 2 years of sales experience, preferably in a digital marketing or advertising agency
Strong understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, etc.)
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
Proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
