Job Summary:
A Sales Manager Executive is responsible for leading sales strategies, managing a team (if applicable), achieving revenue targets, and building strong customer relationships. This role focuses on both acquiring new clients and growing business from existing accounts. The Sales Manager Executive plays a key role in driving growth, ensuring customer satisfaction, and aligning sales activities with overall company goals.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Planning and Strategy:

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve or exceed revenue targets.

Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and referrals.

Set daily, weekly, and monthly targets for self or sales team and ensure consistent performance.
2. Lead Generation and Conversion:

Generate leads through cold calling, online campaigns, social media, events, and partnerships.

Follow up with prospective clients, schedule meetings, and deliver product or service presentations.

Understand client needs and offer suitable solutions to convert leads into long-term customers.
3. Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.

Regularly interact with clients to understand their evolving needs and offer after-sales support.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and resolve issues promptly.
4. Team Coordination (if applicable):

Guide, mentor, and motivate the junior sales team to achieve individual and team targets.

Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions.

Monitor field activities and provide real-time feedback to improve performance.
5. Reporting and Analysis:

Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to senior management.

6. Market and Product Knowledge:
