Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and expand our Health Insurance Agency Channel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and managing a network of agency partners, driving sales targets, and ensuring exceptional customer experience across health insurance products.
Key Responsibilities:-
Develop and implement sales strategies for the health insurance agency channel to achieve revenue targets.

Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team of agency partners and sales agents.

Drive new business acquisition through agency networks and maintain strong relationships with existing partners.

Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, preparing regular reports for management.

Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities, competitive threats, and potential agency partners.

Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and company policies in all sales activities.

Motivate and mentor the agency team to achieve individual and team targets.

Plan and execute campaigns for policy cross-selling, renewals, and upselling of health insurance products.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or related field.

Minimum 1-5 years of experience in agency channel sales, preferably in health insurance.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing agency networks.
