Job Description
Responsible for execution of monthly target plan for the region.
Drive target-setting for Spare Parts executives and is also responsible for conducting periodic reviews.
Responsible for leading and reviewing region Spare Parts sales force productivity to meet value and company targets.
Good communication skills in English and Local language.
Ensuring the Clientship setup is happening as per the company guidelines.
To take regular updates from Clients on sales performance and other issues, if any.
Coordinating with the marketing team to develop the marketing plans based on the inputs and intelligence from the Clients.
To develop and maintain reports to analyze Client sales monthly.
Preferred from automobile (spare parts), Oil and FMCG sector.
