Job Description
Responsibilities of Sales manager.
- To manage the sales of the automobiles, and develop the action plan to improve the sales and maximize sales revenue.
- Establish effective programs to train the sales professionals.
- Forecast the monthly quarterly and annual sales revenue.
- Should be able to provide the sales results.
- Formulate sales policies practices and procedures.
- Develop the strategies to improve the market share of the product lines.
- Hold the regular meeting with the sales staff
- Analyze sales statistics gathered by staff to determine sales potential and inventory requirements and monitor the preferences of customers.
- Should be able to lead the team of the sales consultants
- Develop sales strategies and sales targets.
- Compilation and analysis of the sales results.
- Candidates with good experience from the 2 wheeler industry are preferred , salary is not a constraint for the right candidate.
