Job Role:Sales Manager
- Attending Walk ins and Closing the deals with
the help of site head
- Strong follow up with customers to close the sales.
- Delivering the collection target on monthly basis
- Good communication and presentation skills and ability to develop strong relationships with clients
- Representing the company at Exhibitions, Trade Shows and Property Expos.
- Market Analysis, Competitor Analysis, studying the trends and awareness of new policies pertaining to real estate/construction
- Maintain frequent reviews and reports of the meeting with Site/sales head.
Required Candidate profile
· Good communication skills in English
· Relevant experience of at least 1 year (preferably from real estate)
· Working on Holidays and Sundays (Weekly off will be on weekdays)
