- Salary:30+ (Variable Pay)
- Job Location: Bangalore
- Work Timings:10 am to 7pm
- Languages:English Mandatory
- Working day: Monday to Sunday (Week off will be given between Monday to Wednesday)
- The main role is to handle the customers and convincing to buy the flats
- Handling customer visits at the sumo project site and bring it to closure
- Site Visit
- Excellent in closing deals and retaining clients.
- Excellent in Selling, properties of individuals and corporate.
- Taking care of Marketing and promotional activities.
- Keeping a track of property prices across Bangalore.
- Taking care of Registration of Flats
- Handling customer payment issues.
- Maintaining all the accounts related to construction, office, and advance amount paid by the customers.
- Handling all the marketing related issues.
